The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.
Responsibilities
- 8+ years of overall experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst having exposure to Configurations, Flows and ADMIN.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for Salesforce projects.
- Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories and functional requirements.
- Work closely with Developers to customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
- Work on SF admin Support tickets/incidents
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure project success.
- Elicit business requirements from Business users as and when needed and develop Product Backlog.
- Perform functional & regression testing and validation of Salesforce configuration and development.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as: sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and sprint retrospective.
- Regularly report user stories/task status to Customer and Tower Lead.
- Desire to work in a team based environment.
- Detail oriented, results driven, must be able to produce in a deadline driven environment.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Must be comfortable with juggling multiple priorities with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and investigative skills.
