Profile requirement-
- BE / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Facility management for corporate sites
- Residential experience shall not be considered.
Key roles and responsibilities
Submission of daily activity, weekly reviews & monthly management reports, keeping in mind the requirement of data.
Great command on reducing Electricity bills and keeping maintenance budget in control.
Experience in operation and Maintenance of critical equipment’s such as DG, Electrical panels, Switch gears, DG sets, UPS , PAC , firefighting system, Pumping system and HVAC
Efficiently managing the team of technicians and ensuring the desired output from them
Implementation and monitoring of all PM schedule, AMC reports, Invoice tracker, daily PM of in-house team.
Supervision and ensuring compliance like PF, ESIC, Minimum wage etc are maintained.
Manage and liaise with the local authority whenever required
Effective in reducing Electricity bills and keeping maintenance budget in control.
Overall knowledge of the Facility Management services
Vendor follow up and ensuring the service levels are met
Monitoring and tracking of all vendors service levels as per defined SOW
Managing and maintaining statutory documents pertaining to sites – Fire NOC, OC, approved layouts etc
Sound knowledge of SLD, electrical systems, trouble shooting etc
Incident management and reporting
Documentation in terms of emails, presentations, inventory management etc.
