Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Trainer at Teleperformance in Indore. The Process Trainer will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, delivering new hire training, utilizing presentation and analytical skills, and ensuring effective communication within the training process.
Qualifications
- Training Needs Analysis and New Hire Training skills
- Presentation Skills and Analytical Skills
- Strong Communication abilities
- Experience in training and development
- Ability to assess training effectiveness and adjust strategies
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of instructional design principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field
- Feedback, Coaching Strategies,Tna,Tni,Rag analysis, Early Warning System,etc.
Criteria:
Minimum 1 year on papers experience as a process trainer.
Three years experience into bpo voice /blended trainer.
Education qualification: Graduation is Mandatory
