Responsibilities:
Conduct new hire training and process training
Should complete monthly cyclic activities including fresher training, monthly tests and call monitoring
Sensitize to training needs / understand learning requirements of different learning groups
Liaison with the Quality and Operations to identify, screen and execute process improvement plans
Ability to execute training tasks / assignment on short notice
Interested to deliver and contribute towards process improvement
People & Culture
Responsible for sharing feedback and coaching advisors on areas of opportunities to meet operational metric and overall development
Foster teamwork environment
Maintain team engagement and improve employee knowledge retention
Being proactive in identifying learning and development needs of the team members
Eligibility:
Minimum of 2 years months experience within BPO
Graduate
Minimum of Met Expectation rating or above in the last appraisal
Should have average 90% attendance for last 3 months
The applicant should not be on any active CAP / DAP / EDP
Should be excellent in written and verbal communication with good knowledge of MS-Excel
Strong command in English is needed.
