Job Responsibilities :
- Aspect, IEX expertise is a major requirement, with strong exposure to Shift Bids for US Geo.
- At least 2-3 yrs of experience in Scheduling, with at least 1 year handling Aspect (pref.)
- Excellent communication skills, and exposure to handling US clients would be a plus.
- Good fluency in English with good clarity of speech
- Good comprehension skills.
- Ability to interact with management & provide suggestions.
