TI’s Worldwide Procurement and Logistics (WPL) Group is responsible to support TI’s competitive advantage in terms of procuring goods and services, managing supply chain and regulations in all the geographies that we operate in. India and Rest of Asia Procurement team is seeking an individual that is passionate about making a difference and want to have a significant impact to our company’s growth towards 2030, and lead us into a strategic position in the industry from supply chain standpoint.
Responsibilities include:
- This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role reporting to Head of India and ROA Procurement team
- Be a Procurement leader who will develop and execute sourcing strategies regionally/globally for managed category(s)
- Drive annual cost, operation and priority goals
- Negotiate agreements with suppliers to give TI a competitive advantage.
- Develop positive working relationships with internal partners in the regions and CPT/Finance partners globally.
- Develop and execute on Business Continuity Plan
- Supplier Improvement and Performance Management through WPL tools such as CETRAQ, QBR
Minimum requirements: (External JOS)
- MBA with specialization in Supply Chain/Operations management preferred.
- 2023 and 2024 post-graduates.
Preferred requirements:
- Ability to work independently, solve complex & ambiguous problems, drive results & change, communicate & influence globally, and manage multiple priorities
- Foundational knowledge of business processes, supply chain operations, and strong analytical skills
- Supplier management and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate(written and oral) & influence at all levels of management with appropriate sense of urgency
- Ability to work and collaborate with internal partners for India and ROA
- Leadership & Strategic thinking capability will be a differentiator

Special work environment
- International travel will be on need basis in order to support WPL priorities, strategies, and goals.
- Must be able to regularly accommodate calls and interactions outside business hours with global team members
