About the Role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a talented Systems Analyst II to join our IT department in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will support the Quality, Regulatory, and Validation Technologies for Quality Management Systems (QMS), ensuring the flawless operation and optimization of critical systems. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining regulatory compliance and system integrity while enabling our teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the performance and uptime of QMS systems through proactive monitoring, analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Manage end-user support tickets, resolving issues within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify and implement areas for improvement.
  • Support system changes while maintaining the validated state through change control processes.
  • Provide training and support to end users to maximize the utilization of QMS systems.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards, including GxP and CFR 21 Part 11.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience (2-5 years).
  • Proven experience in systems analysis, focusing on QMS systems.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments and GxP standards (GMP, GLP, GCP).
  • Experience managing multi-lingual and multi-cultural end-user support.
  • Salesforce Admin Beginner Certification in Trailhead is a plus.
  • Familiarity with middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Oracle Fusion Middleware (OFM), or Informatica.

Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency in maintaining and implementing QMS applications such as MasterControl, TrackWise Digital, and Veeva.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in system support, administration, and change management processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of validation, training, CAPA, and supplier audits.
  • System integration experience (e.g., ERP with QMS tools) is a plus.
