Thryve Digital is hiring a Pega Architect/Senior Architect with 12+ years of experience to work in a hybrid mode at its Hyderabad office. This role involves leading complex application development projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering innovative enterprise solutions that meet high-performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, code, test, and implement complex application enhancements with minimal defects.
  • Collaborate with customers, business analysts, and IT teams to create quality technical solutions.
  • Provide technical support, including release implementations and 24×7 on-call support when necessary.
  • Participate in and lead project teams in roles like Developer, Technical Lead, or Project Manager.
  • Document technical processes, conduct walkthroughs, and report project statuses effectively.

Technical Skills Required

  • Pega CSSA certified with 9+ years of enterprise application development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, OOP, and SOA architecture.

  • Familiarity with security patterns such as OAuth and SSO.

Good to Have Skills

  • Experience in the healthcare domain.
  • Knowledge of Confluent Kafka, API management tools like AXWAY, and Oracle databases.
