Thryve Digital is hiring Technical Delivery Manager

  • Lead and mentor multiple engineering [Software Development] teams to achieve project objectives & deliverables.
  • Primary engineering point of contact for US based managers and leaders, ensuring clear communication and aligning with project and portfolio goals and objectives
  • Manage day to day operation and ensure adherence to process, scope, quality and timelines
  • Participate in agile planning [and other required agile ceremonies], understand requirements and review design and implementation plan that offshore team will support
  • Incumbent to assume role of an engagement coordinator between India dev team and US project and engineering managers and leaders (techno functional)
  • Familiarity and understanding of MIS. Work on publishing regular project delivery and engagement status
  • Highlight risks and concerns, work with US managers to establish alignment, contingency and or mitigation plans as required
  • Constantly looking to identify impediments early, actively working to resolve those impediments, and escalate when needed
  • Experienced and proactive in tracking delivery statuses, project progress and take ownership of critical incidents till completion
  • Take ownership and accountability of critical projects (for work executed in India)
  • Good understanding of quality assurance process to drive quality in deliverables
  • Effective communicator with team members, US stakeholders and management
  • Other duties as assigned or requested – approximately 50% technical and 50% management
  • Proven history of developing, creating, and executing successful engagement strategies
  • Strategic thinker, capable of developing effective and efficient plans for resource allocation, task assignments and project execution

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer Science or related field
  • 13 to 18 years of total experience with 5+ yrs leading / managing software engineering projects executed using Agile methodology, as well as data/analytics experience.
  • Programming background [preferably around Python and Java] in an application development and maintenance environment
  • Knowledge / experience in Google cloud [GCP] and or AWS or similar cloud platforms
  • Solid understanding of agile framework and agile project management and or PMBOK principles
  • Experience in Agile delivery model and setting up / enforcing process to ensure quality deliverables
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in leading, motivating & inspiring teams to foster collaboration
  • Proficient in identifying, assessing and calling out risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders
  • Experience in implementing process improvements and learning from past projects to enhance future performance
  • Able to analyze external and internal processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimization
  • Experience in working with diverse teams and stakeholders, understanding their needs and managing expectations
  • Knowledge in AI/ML concepts and methodologies including regression analysis, neural networks, deep learning, feature engineering, supervised/unsupervised learning

Preferred:

  • Healthcare background will be highly beneficial
  • Exposure and or experience in data and analytics is a plus
