Responsibilities:
Our community of developers has designed and continues to enhance one of the fastest trading platforms in the world using the latest tools and technologies. As a member of the Trading team, you’ll draw upon your computer science, mathematical, and analytical abilities to develop complex and nimble code used to grow our business and increase the efficiency of the global financial markets with an option to work remotely.
Your responsibilities will include the following, which will require you to exercise discretion and independent judgment:
Developing trading ideas and hypotheses by quantitatively analyzing market data and market microstructure for patterns
Designing, implementing, testing, refining new components and changes to existing components in research processes, statistical models, and trading algorithms
Contributing to software libraries used in research and trading systems

Requirements:
Software development experience as demonstrated through course work, research projects, or open source activities, preferably in Python, C++ is a plus
Brilliant quantitative and problem‐solving abilities
Strong communication skills
Pro-active, self-starter mindset
A working knowledge of Linux and version control tools is a plus
Financial experience is not required but an interest in financial markets is a plus
