Role Overview

We’re looking for a Treasury Manager to lead and manage Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) for Revolut Europe. This role requires expertise in risk management, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance and develop IRRBB frameworks and models.
  • Support business decision-making to optimize risk management.
  • Perform IRRBB reporting and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain IRRBB policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Technology team to improve risk management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with IRRBB regulations and provide expert insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of treasury management experience, specializing in IRRBB.
  • Strong knowledge of EU banking regulations and treasury functions.
  • Proven expertise in ICAAP documentation.
  • Experience in providing risk analysis to senior management.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial data for clear decision-making.
