Key Responsibilities
- Proactively eliminate churn at renewal points and foster customer growth and success.
- Manage and negotiate renewal contracts within your assigned territory, including multiyear agreements.
- Utilize renewal strategies that align with customers’ long-term organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate renewal pipeline records in Salesforce to analyze customer behavior and needs.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
