Purpose of the Role

We’re seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead and execute our Ecommerce SEO strategy in the EMEA region. You’ll play a vital role in optimizing performance, developing innovative SEO initiatives, and driving measurable growth in organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive initiatives to sustainably grow organic search share.
  • Manage internal teams and external agencies to ensure SEO excellence.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to enhance SEO strategies.
  • Analyze SEO performance using tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Identify and address technical SEO challenges.
  • Train and support non-SEO teams on SEO best practices.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in SEO, with 2 years at a junior level.
  • Strong background in SEO for Retail/E-Commerce or omni-channel industries.
  • Technical expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SEO auditing tools.
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms and SEO tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Google Trends.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Passion for SEO and continuous learning.

Workplace Location

Location: Amsterdam (2 days in-office, remote for the rest of the week).
