Customer Success Intern

NeuralGarage is seeking a Customer Success Intern to assist our customer success team. This role will provide valuable hands-on experience in client relations, account management, and marketing.

Responsibilities

Client Relations: Communicate regularly with clients to understand needs, address questions, and ensure satisfaction.Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensure contract and payment compliance, and help renew accounts.Marketing Assistance: Assist with content creation, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing initiatives.Data Entry: Maintain accurate client records and input data into CRM and other systems.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.Strong communication and client-facing skills.Proficiency in GSuite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.Knowledge of marketing concepts like SEO, social media, email marketing.Experience with content writing, campaign creation, and/or account management is a plus.
