RKSV Securities was founded by Ravi Kumar and Shrinivas Viswanath in 2009 and was soon graced by Kavitha Subramanian as the third co-founder in 2016. Backed by Ratan Tata, Upstox had raised $4 million in Series A funding in early 2016 that was led by Kalaari Capital. The Series B funding round scaled multifold and witnessed an investment of $25 million by US-based investment firm – Tiger Global Management in September 2019.
We have a team of highly skilled technology and finance professionals, and are currently looking for highly motivated field experts to be part of our high-energy team.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately update limits in the Risk Management System (RMS)
- Perform daily reconciliation of funds received and payments made
- Execute daily billing processes accurately
- Prepare and send contract notes and margin statements to clients
- Regularly reconcile the securities register to ensure accurate records
- Handle and resolve client complaints effectively
- Support and coordinate internal and external audit processes
- Implement updates to processes as needed based on regulatory changes or best practices
Requirement:
- 8+ years of experience and graduate degree in business management or similar field
- Knowledge of NRI operations, all regulations applicable and MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc)
- Interpersonal skills, Interpretation skills, Technical skills and Problem solving skills
- Good to have knowledge of Busywin back office software
