Role Overview
As a People Success Partner, you will be responsible for driving people-centric initiatives across Urban Company. Your role will involve managing the HR Business Partner (HRBP) function, overseeing hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and diversity and inclusion (D&I) initiatives. You will work closely with leadership to shape the organizational culture, enhance team performance, and support the company’s rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize the end-to-end hiring process with a candidate-centric approach.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
- Champion company culture through engagement activities, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
- Implement performance discussions and support career development initiatives for employees.
- Track key metrics related to recruitment, onboarding, and engagement to drive continuous improvement.
- Design and execute training programs for managers to enhance leadership and people management skills.
- Drive DEI initiatives to build a more inclusive and diverse workplace, including campaigns and workshops.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in HR or People Operations roles, particularly with HRBP or people initiatives.
- Strong ability to form relationships across the organization and influence leadership on key initiatives.
- Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective processes with a flexible and detail-oriented approach.
- Effective communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
