Experience: 9- 12 years

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement Kafka clusters and topologies to meet the organization’s scalability and performance requirements.
Develop and maintain Kafka connectors and integrations with various systems and applications.
Optimize Kafka performance and troubleshoot issues related to message delivery, latency, and scalability.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate Kafka into their applications and microservices.
Document and maintain Kafka-related processes, procedures, and best practices.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of our Confluence knowledge base related to Kafka.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Kafka and event streaming technologies.
Required Skills
Strong experience with Kafka and its ecosystem (Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams, etc.)
Proficiency in Java or another programming language used for Kafka development.
Knowledge of distributed systems and messaging protocols.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of data engineering and data pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
