Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-9 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret recruitment data.
