ITSO Delegate RoleDesirable Experience: JIRA and ConfluenceITIL Service ManagementProcess Improvement Problem Solving Communication Skills Stakeholder ManagementGood to have:Basic Cloud Computing KnowledgeAgile Ways of Working (Scrum, SAFe)Supporting ITSO on day-to-day basis in the following areas: Filling in outage reportsParticipate in Major Incident Management Reviews (alongside with SRE Team) Infrastructure Patch Management/Service EvergreeningProactive engagement with the engineering teams to plan and schedule Infrastructure patch related activities within the sprint execution.Ensure there is clear communication and act as a liaison between all involved parties for a smooth rollout of infrastructure changes while ensuring service stability.Manage inventory of the service to ensure all types of hardware and software requirements maintains the latest stack. Capacity Management reviews and onboarding to necessary tools Ensure there is proactive alerting in place to alert any capacity related issues.In case of any additional capacity requirements, ITSO/Delegate will discuss with Product and Engineering team to assess and conduct due diligence on the requirements and then raise request for additional capacity. Operational Data and Configuration Management, Service ReviewsUpdating the service management repositories, conducting various service reviews, and monitoring and maintaining it on an ongoing basis ITSA/LtO/NFRTaking ownership of ITSA/LTO/NFR processes with collaboration of required SMEs (like Product, Architecture, ITSO etc) Maintain and observe HSBC internal control standards.Ensure that engineering teams are aware of changes to the control landscape and that any changes to service architecture and design because of changes to the control landscape are incorporated in the project backlog of the relevant service.Foster a compliance culture and implement Group Compliance Policy by managing compliance risk in liaison with the ITSO
