Position Title: Manual Testing
Tier: Tier2
Role: A Team Lead (Ops) is responsible for ensuring that solutions and services are delivered to customers and stakeholders on time and in line with the SLA, company policies and controls. Provide direction, instructions and guidance to the team for achieving the set goal.
Key Responsibilities
Should have minimum 6 – years of experience in Manual and Mobile Testing.
Hands on experience on Mobile testing on both Android, iOS
Hands on experience with bug reporting
Able to work with various tools indepently and provide required debugging solutions as needed
Should have knowledge in writing and updating test cases based on New requirement of the feature
Should have excellent verbal & communication skills.
Report bugs and errors to development teams, and track them through their lifecycle
Explaining defects, reproduction steps, test plans, and different quality assurance efforts
Attend development meetings (stand-ups, kick-offs, retrospectives) and design sessions with teams and clients
