Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the offshore
expansion, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Global Talent Acquisition and Team Building: Manage the hiring process based on
project demands, leveraging knowledge of global talent markets to assemble high performance
teams. Work with various support functions to efficiently run the
fulfillments.
- Project Transition Management: Oversee the seamless transition of application
development and infrastructure projects to offshore locations, ensuring continuity and
minimizing disruption.
- Performance Optimization: Implement best practices and methodologies to ensure
newly formed teams quickly reach high levels of productivity and performance.
- Stakeholder Communication and Status Reporting: Maintain open and effective
communication with all stakeholders, providing regular status updates and addressing
any concerns.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure all migrated projects meet the highest quality
standards and comply with contractual obligations and client stakeholder
expectations.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks associated with the initiatives, projects
executed and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Cultural Integration: Foster a culture of inclusivity and collaboration among onsite and
offshore teams, ensuring a smooth integration process and promoting a unified work
environment.
