In this role within our Global HR department, you will be enabling our recruiting HRs around the world to attract and recruit the best and diverse talents across Corporate, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Retail globally.

Job responsibilities

  • Platform Management: Take charge of our Global Attract & Recruit sharing platform, ensuring it is a robust and efficient tool for our international talent acquisition efforts
  • Community Engagement: Inject energy and creativity into animating the global Talent Acquisition community through innovative approaches and regular engagement activities
  • Project Coordination: Skillfully coordinate key initiatives across Upskilling programs and Employer Branding projects on a global scale, showcasing Louis Vuitton’s dedication to excellence in every interaction
  • Collaborative Support: Provide cross-functional support to various ongoing Global Talent Acquisition projects, demonstrating versatility and commitment to team success

Profile

Your journey towards a Master’s degree—and your experience gained through internships or work—prepares you to be an asset to our team. Fluency in English is essential for this role due to its international scope. French language proficiency is advantageous but not mandatory.
