ROLE SUMMARY
In Supply Chain Finance, you will be part of product management team that provides seamless and cost-effective solutions to customers. Whether it is through conducting market research, or by enhancing a product or system features to meet customer’s need, you will have every opportunity to shape business. You will also be exposed to a myriad of trade & cash management products through various marketing campaigns and joint visit with relationship managers wherever required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
Core Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities in industry segment and create specific product preposition.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute roll out of new product variants, service to grow existing revenue stream.
- Monitor & remain accountable for achievements of product revenue against target.
- Preparation and finalization of legal document for transaction specific & generic structured solutions.
- Provide guidance on policy/procedure, regulatory compliance, and operations/system-related issues and strengthen risk management.
- To provide product innovation, policies, and support structuring facilities to assist sales & coverage team to grow the Supply Chain franchise.
- Create maintain & disseminate suitable business analytics & presentations.
- Liaise, coordinate with internal & external stakeholder for formulation & implementation of product policy.
Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities
- Coordinating on aspects related to risk management and adherence to policies, framework defined by the bank and in particular relating to transaction banking group, further to be cautious before executing deals in ensuring adherence to risk and regulatory framework/ guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Master’s degree is preferred
Language Skills
Written and spoken English is essential

Years of Experience
2-5 years of relevant experience in product management under Supply chain finance

- Eye for detail and experience on understanding and formulate policy, documentation around Supply chain structures.
- Having direct customer & internal stakeholder communication.
- Experience in handling & managing Supply Chain Product.
