What’s this role about?
In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of Office 365 cloud-based services.
Here’s how you’ll contribute:
In this role you will help us:
• Directly support Microsoft 365 services in an Azure-hosted solution.
• Resolve escalated support tickets and requests.
• Provide Level II support for Exchange Online and Teams.
• Assist with large-scale infrastructure migrations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
Skills required to contribute:
We’re looking for someone with:
– Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or technology related field, or equivalent experience.
– 2-3 years of experience in similar support role.
– In-depth knowledge of M365 related services and experience is a must.
– Proofpoint experience is a plus.
– Expert understanding of Microsoft Exchange Online.
– Experience with Microsoft Teams.
– Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM best practices.
– Experience with Email archiving/retention solutions a plus.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Certifications in this field are a plus.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and detail oriented.
– Good interpersonal skills; effective team player.
– Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines.
– Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
– Experience using ServiceNow is a plus.
