Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented person to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem- solving skills, and a passion for leveraging data to drive marketing strategies.
- Proficiently use a variety of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, YouTube Studio, social media campaign management tools, and influencer marketing platforms.
- Extract actionable insights and identify key trends from complex data sets to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies, crafting impactful campaigns across platforms. Identify and partner with influencers, negotiate deals, and track campaign performance. Create influencer briefs and messaging guidelines, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand messaging.
- Analyze YouTube channel performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize content, improve engagement, and drive conversions.
- Manage and optimize our LinkedIn presence, including company page, content strategy, and advertising campaigns. Build a strong network of connections, generate leads, and contribute to thought leadership efforts.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our performance against industry leaders and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Stay updated on the latest analyst reports and trends and adapt our approach accordingly.
- Work closely with product marketers and other departments to identify areas for optimization and A/B testing. Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign performance and achieve shared goals.
- Generate regular reports to measure and analyze ROI and KPIs and make necessary strategy adjustments if needed.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience as a B2B digital marketer.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, lead generation, and sales funnel optimization.
- Demonstrated expertise in planning and managing YouTube, LinkedIn, and influencer campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret large datasets and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate in marketing strategies.
