Responsibilities
- Publish job advertisements across social media, career pages, and online job boards as required
- Identify and shortlist candidates based on established criteria
- Ensure candidates follow the application process
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule calls and meetings
- Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, from the first application to final hiring status, ensuring a seamless process
- Draft job descriptions when needed to align with role requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders using our ATS, Zoho Recruit, to streamline recruitment efforts
- Maintain and update comprehensive candidate records, including interview evaluations, resumes, and assignments
- Respond to ad-hoc HR and administrative support requests as they arise
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or a related field. Candidates with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a staffing/agency recruiter, with proven expertise in evaluating candidates for various roles.
- Ability to plan and manage the early stages of the hiring process, including job posting, sourcing, and screening.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Experience with the Zoho Recruit platform will be an advantage.
- Excellent command of English and one other local language for liaising with stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
