Zoho is hiring Recruitment Assistant

Join our team as a recruiter and play a key role in sourcing, selecting, and securing top talent across the APAC region, driving our growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Publish job advertisements across social media, career pages, and online job boards as required
  • Identify and shortlist candidates based on established criteria
  • Ensure candidates follow the application process
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule calls and meetings
  • Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, from the first application to final hiring status, ensuring a seamless process
  • Draft job descriptions when needed to align with role requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders using our ATS, Zoho Recruit, to streamline recruitment efforts
  • Maintain and update comprehensive candidate records, including interview evaluations, resumes, and assignments
  • Respond to ad-hoc HR and administrative support requests as they arise

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or a related field. Candidates with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a staffing/agency recruiter, with proven expertise in evaluating candidates for various roles.
  • Ability to plan and manage the early stages of the hiring process, including job posting, sourcing, and screening.
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Experience with the Zoho Recruit platform will be an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English and one other local language for liaising with stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
