What You Can Expect

As an Account Executive for Workvivo at Zoom, you will:

  • Manage an enterprise sales cycle, focusing on outbound lead generation, customer engagement, and contract negotiation.
  • Grow the adoption and deployment of Workvivo among new prospects, existing Zoom customers, and resellers in India.
  • Develop business cases and deliver value-driven consultations to prospects, building strong customer relationships.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking candidates who possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing an Enterprise sales cycle, including outbound lead generation, customer engagement, and contract negotiation.
  • Expertise in Enterprise SaaS, particularly in EX/HR environments, within India.
  • Strong background in solution selling, storytelling, and creating value through consultation.
  • Ability to establish trust quickly with prospective customers and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Experience in building and maintaining C-level executive relationships.
  • Self-motivated, organized, ethical, and passionate about customer experience.

Ways of Working

Zoom’s hybrid work approach allows for flexibility between office and remote work environments. The role requires a combination of in-person and remote work, depending on your location in Mumbai or Bangalore.
