- Experience in complete recruitment life cycle process starting from sourcing – validating resumes, preliminary interviews, HR interviews, salary negotiations, and rolling out offers.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks with the right prioritization
- Ensure all recruitment processes and activities remain compliant to Country specific employment laws & regulations
- Good experience in sourcing profiles using a mix of channels like web portals, advertisements, walk-in, professional networking, personal references, headhunting, and vendors.
- Effective utilization of the portals, referral methods, and other varied techniques like headhunting and cold calling.
- Must be able to uphold and manage a good ‘Candidate experience’
- Execute and support recruitment and onboarding activities in a timely and effective manner
- Minimum 3- 4 years of experience in IT recruitment
- A self-motivated, energetic, smart, and intelligent recruitment professional aiming toward the best always
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
