Zoom is hiring Oracle Solutions Manager

Requirements

  • An experienced solutions professional who has an understanding of Oracle solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs
  • Subject Matter Expert in Oracle SCM and Manufacturing
  • Participation in first lifecycle stages of large-scale global Oracle roll-out projects: be part of implementation team during Discovery phase responsible for requirements analysis, define technology roadmaps and solutions, provide detailed functional expertise, taking a leading role in the analysis and design of business processes enabled by Oracle
  • Present solutions to train users as well as preparing relevant workshops
  • Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.
  • Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.
  • Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
  • Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
  • Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
  • Lead solutioning of Oracle transformation within Finance, Supply chain, Manufacturing and CRM modules leveraging Oracle’s on-premise and cloud suite products

To Qualify, Candidates Must Have

  • Computer Science graduates (Bachelor’s degree and above)
  • At least 10 years of techno-functional experience in Oracle SCM and Manufacturing.
  • Must be familiar with technical and functional aspects of Oracle R12 across all modules with key focus on SCM
  • Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
  • Intellectual Curiosity, innovation, business acumen, teamwork, time management, Strong Critical Thinking, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Ability to understand complex real-world business problems, often in ambiguous scenario, and transform into workable solutions
  • Demonstrated excellent communications skills, both written and spoken, as well as being able to explain complex technical concepts
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a comfort interacting with clients from the C-suite to marketing managers to technical specialists
  • Ability to travel as needed.
